Equipment & Technology Needed
These tools are required for a successful lifting session
Lifting Equipment
Barbell, plates, power rack or squat stand, safeties(recommended), bench (if applicable), bar clips/ collars.
Training Space
Should be large enough to allow your coach to see your whole body when lifting.
Reliable Internet Connection
Check your internet connection in your training space at Speedtest.net; An upload speed of 2 Mbps or more is recommended for best connection with your coach.
Device for Recording
Smartphone, Tablet, etc. - that can run video teleconferencing software (ex: Zoom, FaceTime, Skype)
Adjustable Tripod
Important so your coach can see your lifts from different heights and angles.
Wireless Headphones or Speaker
Headphones are preferred. If using a speaker, must be loud enough to hear your coach.
